We restart, after our usual September break, on Thursday 2nd October.
We rehearse every Thursday evening from 7.00 to 8.30 in the Immanuel URC Church - 120 Southbourne Rd, Bournemouth, BH6 3QJ
Wessex Chorus community choir is a non-profit organisation based in Bournemouth.
We raise funds for our nominated charities through our joyful singing.
For 2024 we welcome Spear Bournemouth - helping young unemployed get back into work or education.
We look forward to singing joyfully for them.

Our Annual Big Charity concert was held at the Immanuel church and was a great success. It was packed with nearly 150 people - with over 40 coming last minute to the door...

The idea of "A night of Karaoke" initially filled me with dread... however, it was a lovely evening, and we sang so many great songs. The Chinese food was delicious from the Wonderful Kitchen...

OUR CHARITIES
We started in 2008 with our very first charity. For 2024 we welcome Spear Bournemouth. - helping young or unemployed get back into work or education. We look forward to singing joyfully for them. 100% of our ticket sales and collections go towards our charities...
OUR CHOIR
We are a very friendly choir and our membership has grown to over 50 active members. We have a varied social calendar ranging from a fun fish ‘n chip supper to a skittles evening and a Christmas Social. New members are welcome - there's no audition - just turn up and join in ...
