It was a very very windy day but that didn’t dampen the enthusiasm - with joyful sing-alongs and meeting new families and friends who stopped and sang a carol with us or just listened to our singing and pondered about the coming festival season
A great turnout on such a bitter frosty night with a surprisingly large group of new friends of Wessex Chorus coming on such a cold night. The audience were treated to festive songs and carols and joined in with gusto.
It was great to be back singing with the Blind Society after 3 years. We were the last performance before lockdown!
There were tears of joy for the fun and laughter as we sang songs and heard readings old and new, then a few tears of sadness as we remembered those who were no longer with us.
A rainy start to our carol concert on Pelham's Green in Kinson. The audience was magnificent, coming out to support us and sing in the rain. Fortunately the weather eased off just as we were about to start, and we had a fun time singing our Christmas Carols and songs.
